The terms that govern purchases made through northindyroasters.co.

Placeholder policy. This is reasonable, good-faith placeholder copy for a pre-launch storefront, not legal advice. It will be reviewed by an attorney and published with an effective date before launch (HUMAN-013).

By browsing northindyroasters.co or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Products & pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, change prices, or limit quantities on an order, including after an order is placed, if something is clearly wrong.

Orders & payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds; you will receive an order-confirmation email at that point. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, on suspected fraud or an out-of-stock item — and will refund any payment already taken.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorthIndy Roasters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or an order. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the storefront changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
