Shipping Policy
Where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Where we ship
At launch, we ship to addresses within Indiana only. Local pickup is also available — see our Contact page for pickup address and hours.
We're working toward shipping nationwide as we clear the necessary regulatory steps for interstate coffee shipping. If you're outside Indiana, contact us and we'll let you know when that opens up.
Processing time
Coffee is roasted to order in small batches rather than pulled from a large pre-roasted stock, so orders ship a little after they’re placed — typically within a few business days of roasting, not same-day.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat rate, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — no surprise fees at the door.
Carrier & tracking
Orders ship via a standard ground carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information.
Local pickup
Local pickup is free. Choose "Local pickup" at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready — roast-to-order lead times apply. See our Contact page for the pickup address and hours.
