Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information when you shop with us.
Placeholder policy. This is reasonable, good-faith placeholder copy for a pre-launch storefront, not legal advice. It will be reviewed by an attorney and published with an effective date before launch (HUMAN-013).
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect what we need to fulfill it: your name, email address, and shipping or billing address. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor — we never see, transmit, or store your full card number.
If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.
Cookies
We use one functional cookie to remember your shopping cart between visits. That cookie is httpOnly — JavaScript on our site cannot read it — and it exists only to keep your cart working; it does not track you across other websites or build an advertising profile.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Analytics
We plan to measure site usage with a cookieless, first-party analytics approach: no persistent cookies or device identifiers, and no data shared with ad networks. It is designed to tell us which pages are useful, not to identify who you are. Final analytics-privacy language is pending counsel review (HUMAN-010) before this feature ships.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, send order confirmations and receipts, respond to questions you send us, and keep the records required for accounting and tax purposes.
Who we share it with
Stripe, Inc. processes payments on our behalf and handles your card details directly under its own privacy policy.
Resend sends the transactional emails we rely on — order confirmations and magic-link order lookups. It sees only what is needed to deliver those emails.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to meet our accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations, then remove what we no longer need to keep.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the storefront changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
