Pull a shot and it comes out thick and syrupy — dark chocolate and toasted almond over a plummy dark-fruit sweetness, with a warm thread of baking spice and the faintest floral lift. It's our house espresso: a Brazil-based blend of washed Central and South American coffees, no robusta, roasted dark for the cup. Made for the machine, and worth firing it up.
