Bright but never sharp — raw-sugar sweetness up front, a gentle citrus lift, hints of fruit and spice, all resting on a quiet dark-chocolate depth, with a soft, satiny mouthfeel. It's a medium-roast blend of Latin American and East African coffees, mostly washed with some honey-processed in the mix, built to be easy company all morning. Lovely as everyday drip — and it'll pull a shot too.
